Therapy with Indigo Journey is a safe, inclusive environment informed and influenced by a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Narrative Therapy; Mindfulness; Hypnotherapy; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Art and Clay therapies; as well as feminist, empowerment and strengths-based approaches.

Sessions are 60 minutes in duration, via Zoom.

I offer a free consultation call to explore our compatibility to work together.. A therapeutic relationship is both valuable and vulnerable and it is important to me that you feel comfortable, safe and supported.
