A therapist can support you through your healing process, to open the doors to a happy, fulfilled life.
Therapy with Indigo Journey is a safe, inclusive environment informed and influenced by a variety of therapeutic approaches, including traditional ‘talking’ therapies; Narrative, Art and Clay therapies; mindfulness; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); and a strengths-based approach.
Indigo Journey’s therapy
and support sessions are available via Zoom or Skype. Sessions are 60 minutes in duration and are available at various times.
I understand that talking with a stranger about personal, challenging topics can sometimes be overwhelming and confronting.
During the first session, I aim to address any concerns or questions you might have, and to work collaboratively with you to plan a therapeutic experience that best supports your needs.
