“Tracy created an environment where I felt completely at ease and safe to express how I was feeling. She guided and supported me through peeling back layers to learn more about myself. Tracy is a warm and compassionate person who is accepting and nurturing of all people.”

R.G.

“Thanks for all the amazing support you gave us in those early days of my son’s journey. He is doing incredibly well. Has a lovely girlfriend, doing exceptionally well at school, part-time job and progressing well in his treatment. Good luck with your future ventures. You are such a special person, that I’m sure things will go well”

F.K

“The support you give to young people and parents is an inspiration. Thank you for everything you have supported my daughter and l with, over the years. You have made this journey much easier to navigate.”

Indigo Journey’s therapy

Sessions are 60 minutes in duration, via Zoom.

I understand that talking with a stranger about personal, challenging topics can sometimes be overwhelming and confronting.

I offer a free consultation call to explore our compatibility to work together.. A therapeutic relationship is both valuable and vulnerable and it is important to me that you feel comfortable, safe and supported.

I’ll work collaboratively with you to plan a therapeutic experience that best supports your needs.
