Sharing Gratitude

Messages from people I’ve supported?

I know it’s not easy to ask for help or share your personal stories, vulnerability, and fear with a stranger. That was me, many years ago. Until I experienced the incredible transformation that’s possible.

Do you feel nervous, uncertain or overwhelmed about asking for help, knowing where or who to turn to, or who to trust?

Perhaps you’ve had an unpleasant experience in the past?

I’ve been there too. I asked friends and colleagues for recommendations, but I still wasn’t sure if the person would be right for me.

That’s why I offer a free ‘exploration call’, so you can ask me questions and get a better idea of how much I can help you before you part with any money.

Keep scrolling to hear about the experiences of a few people I’ve worked with, to help make your decision easier.

Take a look at what they have to say and then let’s chat, to explore the incredible relief and growth you can experience in your life.

I only work with people who are ready to create change in their lives, take some time for self reflection and

take the necessary steps to create a fulfilled, peaceful and joyous life for themselves.

A  “Transform Your Heart “Group Participant

“Thank you for your time today Tracy! At first I was nervous about our session, unsure of what to expect. After only a few minutes, I was happy we were able to connect. The session was not only encouraging but exactly what I needed. As a mom of a LGBQT+ member this is all new and uncharted territory for me. I really needed to talk to someone with your experience and knowledge to encourage me as we embark on this journey. I really appreciate it.” (L.L)

Hear from this Mum who completed the

‘Reconnecting Families’ Program

When I found Tracy on Instagram, my family was estranged from my oldest child, who had come out as trans and run away from home.  I knew I wasn’t proud of the way that I had reacted when my child came out, but I wasn’t sure what to think about it, and I wasn’t sure how to find a way forward with my child.

Tracy’s course helped me to understand some aspects of the LGBTQ experience, and also helped me to understand some things about myself as a parent, reframe some of our experiences, and most of all to be gentle with myself as I was adjusting to our new relationship. Tracy also coached me in how to support my other children in their understanding of their trans sibling.

Parenting any teen is complicated, and no one gets a manual. Tracy began from a place of trust in me, she believed that I did love my child and that progress was possible. For me this was a change, as I had experienced other people who advised that I just had to be positive and supportive and put my own feelings aside. Tracy helped me to process my own feelings of grief and anger at the loss of my expectations, as well as the fear I had about the future, and most importantly to get to a place of more genuine support of my child in their identity.

I now have a better relationship with my child who is trans, but also with my other children, because effective communication through an individual’s coming of age applies really to all parenting. I honestly don’t know where we would all be if we had not found Tracy. She provided a safe time, one hour per week, for me to laugh and cry and be angry and confused, to practice saying my child’s new name and to adjust to the etiquette around transition so that my child could experience my love through my words and actions. I think it also helped lessen my child’s burden that they did not have to be my teacher on all matters trans, and of course they knew that I was spending time and money trying to learn, which helped us to move forward with mutual respect.

After taking Tracy’s course, I stayed on for an additional set of coaching sessions because lots of issues still come up with my child around gender and it is helpful to talk to a third party and get advice, get calm and centered, to help me extend kindness to myself and to my child.

Your thoughts still keeping you up at night?

I needed to talk to someone outside my circle. In one hour with Tracy we were able to identify a few areas that I could focus my attention and work towards a more positive relationship with my child, not to mention my inner dialogue. I am grateful for the time I had with Tracy to give me the assurance and focus to keep feeling and expressing myself authentically.” (K.B)
